Gaining her Industrial experiences initially as lifestyle buyer for Debenhams, Frances followed this with the development and delivery of sector focused strategic business growth and export support packages to enable fashion and interior companies for Business Link for London. 

In her 12 years at BL4L, Frances supported the growth of well known brands from Tristram Webber, Roots, Jocelyn Warner and Jenny Packham, through to partnership support of agencies, including Mazorca, CIDA, LFF and Metro New Media among others. 

Having also developed trade missions and Export initiatives with TPUK, Frances has managed export sales initiatives to the US, France, Italy, Germany, Ireland and The Nordic Regions.
